Keep brushing them. Be sure to use mouthwash regularly and even try using peroxide for a mouthwash. Your teeth will be fine as long as you brush them. If you're uncomfortable about their color, try some whiting products at your local pharmacy. They're cheap and usually get the job done. Last resort is you can always get them whitened at the dentist (that can be more expensive though...). Good luck in keeping a white smile!

There are some certain materials that make teeth yellow or brownish:
- tea and coffee (only if you drink those a lot!)
- smoking (works fast)
- aging (sorry, baby, you can't beat that... as you get older your teeth adopt a somewhat yellowish colour)
Sure, you can always put some artificial teeth whitener on, but that doesn't really help in the sense of health or cleanliness.
Dentists sometimes do a sort of "professional dental cleaning", but I think it's expensive and your insurance doesn't pay for it.

Just keep brushing your teeth atleast 3 times a day. Don't use all those whitening strips because later on they will prove bad for your health. From your information, I think if you keep up the good work your teeth will always be nice and clean...Remember, keep visiting the dentist just in case though!

Just keep doing what you're doing now, don't take up smoking, and don't drink too much coffee. Both of these stain your teeth.

those strips for your teeth are not good if you use them too often they will strip the enamel off your teeth. same goes for brushing too often adn too hard. if the enamel wear away, the rough surface of your teeth are exposed allowing food to stain the teeth.
