Chicken and rice casserole or a new one I fixed lately. Brown chicken breast and cut into 2" strips. Cut up some broccoli and carrots and cauliflower (if you like it, you can add mushrooms too if you like them. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup. Mix all the veggies in the soup and pour into a baking pan. Mix a box of chicken stuffing and spread over the veggies. Add the chicken. Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes, covered with foil, add mild shredded cheese when you take it out of the oven. replace the foil till cheese melts. It's delicious. You may have to use 2 cans cream of chicken soup if you use lots of veggies. You can use cream of mushroom soup if you prefer.

My mom used to make a thing called * Macorni Soup * and it goes far.

1. take a lb of hamburger and cook it up

2. cut up onions and garlic ( cut up jar garlic will work )

3. add it to hamburger and simmer for 10 mins, drain and add to big pot.

4. add a can of whole tomatoes and 2 - 3 cans of water and cook all ingred. on med high for about 45 - min to an hr.

5. When soup is almost done, in separate pot, cook elbow macorni as normal.

6. When done, add a can of peas to the soup, meat, onions, garlic. Put macorni in serving bowls and then add your soup to it and mix. Do not add macorni to soup in pot or elbows will get mushy from heat. Better to add noodles to bowl then soup over it and stir.

7. Sever with garlic bread and salad, YUMMY !

Will depend on the context really. Which is better as a snack - fresh fruit personally. It's tastier and gives you that little bit of sweetness. Which can be better as a snack if you are trying hard to lower back on sugar and lose weight vegetables
