My KitchenAid mixer. I've been hinting that I'd love some of the attachments for Christmas. If I get them, I'll be using my mixer more than I already do. I got the mixer last year for Christmas and I love it.
My husband has Celiac Disease so I have to make just about everything from scratch and this mixer has come in REALLY handy.

My knife set! But I know that's not an appliance...
I have a really nice microwave that also toasts and bakes. We used it while renovations were being done on my dad's house and the actual stove wasn't an option. It does everything!

A BLENDER. We have 2 blenders out on our counter all the time. We make mexican food several times a week, and the authentic recipes can't be made without a blender. There is a sauce/salsa involved with every dish.
#2 would be my hand-mixer.
I can say that I have NEVER used my food processor. EVER.

Toaster oven. If you're cooking something small you can use it instead of the oven to save energy. I use it to cook meat, french fries, quesadillas, pot pies, toast, etc. Spend the extra few dollars and get a toaster oven with a 6 slice capacity. Some toaster ovens are real nice with a rotisserie and room to cook a frozen pizza.

The microwave! I can bake a potato (yummy with cheese and butter) in 13 minutes.

Toaster oven. I use it for everything, especially in the summer when it's too hot to use the oven. Brownies, muffins, pizza rolls, quesodillas, etc.
