eyelashes like all body hair are dead strands of keratin, cancer only occurs in living tissue. So, no, there can be no such thing as eyelash cancer.

There is no eyelash cancer as all hairs are made of dead cells.
However you can get skin cancer anywhere you have skin, including the eyelid and the skin beneath your eyelashes.

Cancer can strike any where.
Though a carcinoma of the eyelashes is rare a rodent ulcer should be eliminated. Please see your eye specialist for necessary advice.
