Unfortunately, yes. They are blinded by the lies of the devil and locked-in to self-deception and only Jesus can set them free.

If they do not repent, they will end up regretting their foolishness. I am sorry for them, actually.

Not ALL atheists/agnostics believe that, and not ONLY atheists/agnostics believe it. There are many, many believers, including the Pope, who have accepted the evidence for evolution. Why is it difficult for you? Usually, the reason people have trouble accepting evolution is that some creationist has got to them first, and filled their heads with nonsense about evolution which is intended to make it seem ridiculous and impossible. It is neither, and I think that if you take an objective look at the ACTUAL evidence, rather than a biased one, you will agree. There are many good sources of such information on the web. I strongly recommend that you peruse a few. Knowledge is no threat to your belief in god.

Most do, some don't. Same with xians.

Science supports this you know - there are literally thousands of scientists working in evolutionary biology all over the world for decades now. Do you really honestly think that with all those people and after all that ime not a single one of them has stood and said "Hey this is all bullsh!t"? And the fact is if it were bullsh"t someone would have spotted it by now and got a nobel prize for it

The evidence FOR evolution is overwhelming.
Just because you don't want to believe it (or find it hard to believe) doesn't make it any less true.

Atheist do not believe in Gods.
Agnostics do not believe the question of Gods existing can ever be answered.
That is what the words mean, it is very simple.

Other than that it is like herding cats. They all believe whatever they choose. Some believe we came from outer space or the centre of the Earth even. Some believe in Big Bang cosmology. Many(most?) accept evolution as both fact and as a valid theory.
Get the idea. They are not members of a church, there is no doctrine or set dogma they are following.

I think they believe in Science. It has been proven that life evolves from one thing to another. Someday a life form will look at us and say do you really think we evolved from those monkeys? It will happen. The Earth shakes off life every so often. The Dinosaurs and primitive man were all killed off by the climate changes. Try watching the History channel.
By the way it has nothing to do with atheism. I am not an atheist.I know many and they believe in science which requires proof not faith.

Absolutely. Evolution has a lot of so called "EVIDENCE" behind it. Stuff those gosh darn scientists like to call "PROOF" and they use their devil tongued trickery to confuse us with their "FACTS"

But every good Christian knows that man was made out of DIRT by the Lord almighty... scooping us up like little balls of clay and mud, carefully molding us until we are in his image and breathing life into the little mud balls until MAN is born... then using his holy fingers, reaching into the chest and removing a rib, carefully placing it into another mud ball to make a woman.

Silly atheists and their evolution beliefs. Can't they see that we are nothing but muddy dirt people? How could they believe we evolved from a bi-pedal ape like ancestor with blood and lungs and heart and all that other stuff we don't need...

Some of them do. Keep in mind that Atheist and Agnostic are general terms for a religious (or ideological) view and NOT a scientific standpoint.

I know some Atheists and many Agnostics who are not fans of evolution.

I know a lot more Christians that are fans of both evolution AND intelligent design, and to not think they are incompatible.

The theory of evolution does say we evolved form a common ancestor to primates. Also, we did evolve from more simple organisms if you go back far enough. And most atheists and agnostics do accept the theory of evolution.

Just like most atheists and agnostics accept germ theory, gravity theory, cell theory and molecular theory.

Many (but not all) atheists and agnostics believe in evolution.

Many Christians believe in evolution too.

I presume many Jews, Muslims, Hindus, etc. also believe in evolution.

When you consider the time scale of the Earth, evolution isn't that hard to believe. Look at the changes in the Earth during your lifetime. Now imagine the changes over a century... over a thousand years... over ten thousand... over a hundred thousand... over a million... over a billion.

Small changes add up.

If you believe in God, who is to say that God did not create the Earth as this system that was capable of generating life spontaneously? Does that diminish His creation?

It seems more likely to me that evolution occurred than that God created dinosaurs as some joke for paleontologists to ponder.

Atheists in the west do believe in Evolution.. so yes they believe that humans are an evolved species that have both of your examples as ancestors, (at different periods of time.)

I'm not sure what Buddhists believe.

Yeah. It's called survival of the fittest and change over time. Surely you believe in these, right?

It's far more plausible (and scientifically supported) than believing an invisible sky deity magically zapped the universe and all its creatures into existence.
