It depends on your recent history and other symptoms that you may have.

If you dont have a fever and the pain is not severe it is unlikely to be appendicitis.

Abdominal pain can have numerous etiologies. Did you have any recent trauma? Does the pain get worse after eating? Any history of recent or prior surgeries? Any family history of abdominal problems? What is your age? What did you eat? Are you diabetic? Do you have diarrhea? Constipation? Excess gas? Are you a heavy drinker?

As you can see, it depends... if your pain is severe I would see a doctor.

if you do not have a fever it is probably not your appendix, if you are female, you could be ovulating, if you are male, it is likely just gas in your bowel.
