oh for heaven's sake, get real. It has to be pulled out, and you probably need a tetanus shot as well. Time to grow up, grit your teeth and do the right thing.

The only way to get it out is to pull it out. You will just have to take the pain. Take a painkiller about 15-30 minutes before. Make sure afterwards you clean it with some hydrogen peroxide and put neosporin and a bandaid on the wound to keep out dirt and germs. Otherwise, you can wait until it pushes itself out, which could take years,or you can go to the ER where they will give you a local anesthetic before they cut the wound open a little to pull it out and then stitch it back up.
When I was a kid I had a piece of glass in my knee for about 2 years when it started to poke through my skin. I went to the hospital to have it removed because it was still under the skin and we didn't know how much was in there. 2 stitches.

I stepped on a toothpick last year and half of it was embedded in the bottom of my foot...the pain was unbearable and my husband and I could not get it out with tweezers or needles. I went to an urgent care clinic and they numbed the area and removed the toothpick. They also thoroughly cleaned the wound with an antibiotic ointment. I would suggest if all home remedies do not work that you should head to see a doctor. If it is painful to walk it is best to have it removed-the doctors can be sure to get out all of the glass. Good luck!

Unfortunately, you're just going to have to pull it out. Your foot could get infected otherwise, and you'd be a lot worse off. Just pull it out with some tweezers (sterilize them with rubbing alcohol first) and put on a bandaid if needed. It'll hurt, but you'll be better off.

pull it out if it gets infected or starts to heal over the glass its going to hurt a lot worse. try soaking your foot in ice water to numb it before removing the glass.

well you definately have to disinfect it.
Soaking your foot in warm water for a long time (at least 20 -30 mins), preferably with an iodine.
That should releave any pain in the removal procedure

I'm afraid that pulling it out may be the only option, and if you leave it in, it will almost certainly get infected and it will hurt a hell of a lot more then.
