Probably even more often. Doctors are a rule are terrible patients (I'm a doctor myself).

Yes, but we don't go see the doctor as often. We also have a strong tendency to work when we know we ought to stay home sick.
And since we don't go see the doctor when we have something that doesn't require medical care (colds, stomach viruses, and such), we don't mind a bit waiting three weeks for an appointment.

although doctors are like other human beings and die when their time comes, they are ill as often as others, but due to the medical knowledge are able to protect themselves better.

Can't answer for doctors but I'm a paramedic and I rarely get sick. I think it's because we are exposed to a wide variety of germs, etc. so we develop a broader immunity.

there are lots of doctors in my family.
my husband is nurse too.
one of my friend is really weired.
he's doctor for more than 20 yrs. he's doing really good business. but when it comes to his family and himself...
he's like layman.
ill go another hospital in an emergency. lol

Of course. We get colds, and heart disease, and cancer, and everything. I think we are a little healthier than average, though, because few of us smoke these days.
We also make the WORST patients. Ask any nurse!

more so,i worked for 10years with a doctor who was always getting sore throats and colds from his patients,and another two were alcoholics
