Apple sauce is a must with pork chops.... some mashed potatoes and green beans might go nice with it as well ;)

Mashed potatos
chop some potatos boil them to boil mash and add some eveporated milk, cream cheese, butter and salt.
white rice when you are going to cook it put in a package of onion soup mix. Taste so good
Some tostones or fried platanitos and you are good to go

brown sauce
salad cream...
Then have a small buffet of salad and vegetables so everyone can choose what they want.
