run an up-to-date anti-virus or anti-spyware/malware, because you might have a dodgy software running in the back of your computer, which creates an Windows error when you force shutting it down.

If your copy of windows is legal, let it send the message! It will sort out the problem possibly.

I suggest you maybe need to do some windows updates??

i just have to click "send error report" and it does it automatically.

i don't know if it's because i registered my version or not.

but i wouldn't bother. i have this window comming up a zillion times, and i'm sure others have as well.

so unless it's something really strange, i wouldn't send because chances are..they already know!

This is a common problem with Internet Explorer...I always click on don't send. You can avoid the problem by going to www.mozilla.com and download firefox.
