1. Drink one large glass of water (mineral water is best)

2. Spend 5 minutes vigorously exercising (i'm sure you can think of something)

3. Drink one large glass of water (again mineral water is best)

4. Spend 5 minutes exercising (not so vigorous this time :) )

5. Drink one small glass of pure fruit juice (grapefruit is the best)

I guarantee the next morning you'll feel great!

hangover = dehydration

So no caffeine. Drink pleanty of water or maybe lucozade for a boost.

Eggs and meat are ful of amino acids which help get toxins out of the body. Its probably best not to fry them though anything fatty is really difficult to digest.

I would probably go for scrambled egg on wholemeal toast.

make a smoothy if you are up to it which is full of essential vitamins you need for recovery.

or try some imodium (diarrheoa tablets) which will keep you hydrated and give you a quick dose of vitamins and minerals.

Then go back to bed and lie down to give your liver chance to recouperate.

If this isn't an option hair of the dog might do the trick

Remember, prevention is better than cure - yer right like i ever do that!!

I'm going to have to say first just don't drink! but if its too late for that and that sounds like no fun.. loads of water also I think if you have some water just before you go to bed after your drinking (and during!!!but not as a mixer!!!)
