I been a weight lifter 4 over 20yrs. so I know most exercises.
I drive a semi for a living, about 30yrs.

The Surgeon should have sent you to Physiotherapy and they would have given you exercises.

Usually you don't need to do a whole lot right after surgery...just let the area heal..you may want to try squeezing sponge ball etc..something easy. If you are in the same position all the time.like driving then you need to do some carpal tunnel exercises...but I would wait a few wks before doing anything to much with your hands.
