THEREFORE, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God.

dont belong to a denomination nor its teachings

and this is one reason why
in Hebrews 6:1

so saying that i say this
" when i was a child i did childish things , now that i am older i put childish things behind "

we are to GROW in CHRIST JESUS and learn of HIM
and FOLLOW HIM
and not be twisted nor turned by every wind of doctrine
but to Hold what we know which is CHRIST
the Only TRUE Foundation

and quit going about following the traditions and customs of man, where we are always subject to fail , and follow Christ who by HIM will lead us to the Old paths and we are to walk in HIM and He in US
IF GOD is IN
Sin is OUT

Cant keep repeating sin over and over and repenting for the same over and over

One must GROW UP in CHRIST
and one cant keep drinking MILK and being a babe
one must GROW UP and get MEAT of the WORD to have the strength for the Journey........that we are to travel down those old paths...He said to ask for them.......and walk there in!!

And it goes on to say this
THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE TRUTH and GOD SHOWED THEM the TRUTH and was enlightened by it ( as per say NOW KNOW ITS RIGHT OR WRONG) and then GO BACK...and forsake the TRUTH they themselves have SEEN........then there is NO MORE FORGIVENESS for that SIN !!!!!!!!!!and it says it is IMPOSSIABLE for them to , cause they put Christ to an open shame

and WE as CHRISTIANS TRUE BELIEVERS will give an account of the life we live and the words we say...........and to those who watch our lives and hear our words.....and our fallen away not only affects us but to all those who hear and see us............its like a peeble in a stream...it hits the water and ripples proceed from it outward so is our life and our words...they go out to all those around us.....and if we Profess Holiness , and Righteousness , yet go from it , we as once enlightened , cannot return without shame.........and to all those who have seen and heard..they to can be caused to fal away.........
SPEAK GODS WORD
and KNOW HE IS GOD

and FOLLOW HIS TEACHINGS
and NOT MANS
man will fail...GOD NEVER WILL

thus the Great falling away that is mentioned in the word
Church buildings are full , but few Know Gods truths and are teaching them............they much rather tickle the ear , then speak the truth , afraid of offending and losing tithes, thus loosing thier hire.........'
They have became HIRELINGS
and nothing more
THEY LET the WORLD IN
and put GOD OUT

FOLLOW CHRIST and HIM ALONE
and stay on the ROCK ( JESUS)
which is our only TRUE FOUNDATION
and on it , one will never fail , and through HIM can be PERFECT , and no need of repentence , for in HIM there is NO sin........nor can be !!!!
He is the vine we are the branches
and we can do nothing of ourselves
STAY IN THE VINE

NWT
For this reason, now that we have left the primary doctrine about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying a foundation again, namely, repentance from dead works, and faith toward God

I attend a non-denominational Christian evangelical congregation (www.tscnyc.org), and as far as I know, there is no "official" Bible. Members use all translations.

Here's what the NLT illuminates:

So let us stop going over the basics of Christianity again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don't need to start all over again with the importance of turning away from evil deeds and placing our faith in God.

"We must try to become mature and start thinking about more than just the basic things we were taught about the Christ".
Contemporary English Version.

"Let us stop discussing the rudiments of Christianity. We ought not to be laying over again the foundation of faith in God."
New English Bible

To me, this means that it is time we grow up spiritually, instead of remaining babes-in-Christ who always returns to the foundational basic teachings of confessing their sins so that they can be forgiven - this repetition of sinning, confessing, repenting, sinning again and again & confessing , repenting over and over again, does NOT help them in the long run.

A Christian needs to grow into maturity and not remain slaves to sin or become entangled again in the yoke of slavery because Christ has already set us free from sin.

Leave law vs law, to go on unto grace-->Heb 13:25.

Up til Heb 6, it's been LAW both spake and spoke,
spake law and spoke law in time past & last days;
But beyond last days is the last day, "the seventh",
and in the 7th day there's no even-ing & mourn-ing.

Come on people, it's allegory & mystery to solve.
You'll never get understanding with perversions,
nor ever have consensus among the carnal ppl.

POINT: Grace is not law law nor law vs law.

Grace with you all. Amen.

like I try and teach to become perfect with Christ, and not use his blood anymore. To become one in faith with God.
