mine is my mom's rice pudding or tapioca. i can make both following her recipe, but they don't taste same.

Boy, that's a big question. To be honest I look forward to everything at Christmas dinner. It is about the only chance I get all year that I know that I'm getting Moms cooking. I miss it a lot so I always over indulge at Christmas. But their is my all time favorites, cheesy mashed potato's and sour cream pineapple pie !!

Bunjuellos the look like a number 8 with a syrup that taste like anis.
And of course the roasted pork, congirs rice, yuca con mojo.

mine is not quite a dish but I have to have sausage balls every Christmas....if I do not make them, my Mom will....either that or peanut butter balls....
I was not going to make any this year and my husband wanted some peanut butter balls this year so I guess I will have to make him some after all
