season and brown pork chops on the stove
put in baking dish and bake until done in a 350 degree oven.
remove and put a can of chili, no beans on top and smooth out...return to oven until warmed through, remove and add shredded cheese on top, put back into the oven until cheese is melted...these are delicious...

Also check out www.foodtv.com also kraft has a nifty easy site that offers easy but impressive dishes. My suggestion is perhaps a pizza perogy dish, very simple and delicious.
Simply prepare the perogies as directed then put them in a casserole dishe puor on some italian tomato sauce top with cheese and bake till bubbly :) You can add in italian suasages, ham or any type of chopped meat. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Look up a tamale pie recipe. I'd copy and paste it, but I can't from the website. It's on southernfood.about.com. It serves six, it's great comfort food, and it's really easy.

You should check out a site like http://allrecipes.com/
If you use the advance search you can include ingredients you don't want, or ingrediants you do
