I wonder if any VTs in particular would help me come to fruition as a master debater?

As Mable mentions, practice makes perfect!

Plenty of lube. Must either completely know the definition of a theory, or not know it at all. Be ready to *drink*. Be ready to hate Muslims. Know how to the stupid bible index works (Cletus 4:13). Be able to look up, quote, and mislead from the bible within 2 minutes after getting said index.

Bonus: Have a cat as your avatar. Have VT or AM in your name. Have a religious symbol as your avatar.

This is question and answers , not really a debate.
Most pick the answers that agree with them
Basically on R&S if you want top points just agree with the asker.
To me the points can buy me nothing so thats the value of them.

Y!A isn't about debate. It is about asking a question to which you do not know the answer, and getting help discovering where the answer might be found as well as getting an answer directly.

I'm proud to be a participant in a forum that has the kind of responses we got from the first two folks up above.

Pick a question by someone who has the exact same views you do, and then say what they want to hear. All the other people who believe the same as you and visit that question will give you many thumbs-up, as well.
