I'm not feeling any pressure or pain, it's been pouring clear liquid for hours. I've taken sinutab to try to dry it up, and have been using a Vick's inhaler. I am only slightly stuffy, and have no other symptoms. Please, what can I do?

Keep taking the decongestant as recommended on the package even if it isn't working as well as you'd like right now. It will eventually start to dry your nose out and help alleviate your runny nose. You probably have one of those hateful holiday bugs. Get some extra rest and enjoy some spicy food (keeps your nose clear). Don't forget chicken soup and hot tea. I hope you're better soon.

You know- I often get a runny nose when I'm exposed to cold dry air. You might try steam.

Good luck!

we have a pharmacist friend who says to move it in the winter and dry it in the spring & summer.
