I no longer go to church.

Churches are primarily social outlets, and some function well in that regard and others do not.

MY church is very pretty. Now they have lights and flowers to decorate for Christmas. It really is beautiful. I have been to a few churches that I disliked. They just sat there. How can that be glofying God?

I think my church is beautiful. I did go to an LDS church that I thought lacked some character. It look exactly like the other 150 LDS churches we have in this town of 50,000.

yep me and my husband and our 14 month old son go to a Baptist Church here in Spanish Fork, Utah. it's a really great church....it's a smaller church, but PRAISE GOD they've had to expand the auditorium seating because they needed more room!!!!!!!

i've lived my whole life here in utah (with the exception of 14 months in idaho...i'm 24 1/2 years old) and I've gone to Bible churches, Baptist churches, Pentecostal churches and Non Denominational churches.

unfortunately, i've been to LDS churches, too. yuck. talk about boring. they don't even stand up to sing their songs. the only reason i have went to those is because a guy i dated at the time, he had friends going on missions so i went to their farewells. i wish i never would have gone. there's no feeling of happiness or cheer in those churches anywhere.

(FYI- like i said, i've lived here in Utah pretty much my whole life. i have never been and i never plan on being LDS)

the church i go to now, the Baptist church, is full of great people. the pastor is used by God so wonderfully. there's times that i feel the message is just for me.

Chruch is a waste of time and money. Those are 2 of many reasons I have for not attending church. A lot of people who attend church are just plain old lame.

Yes, I love my church - why? Because they love God with all their heart, mind, and strength- and they love others.
