A question posed, caused me to wonder, how many people would accept an implanted chip, or recive a mark in order to establish identity, & or location. as for me, I am not worldly. Nor am I that eager to become a puppet.

I would like to say "I am not a number!"

But the truth the system has already done it to me!

I renewed by British passport last year, which cost a fortune, and it has the chip in it!
This little baby can be read from several meters away if someone has the right equipment.

The are also putting chips in the products you buy and they will be putting sensors around the place, so that tracking will be an automatic process.
The chips in themselves are not a problem, it's how they will be used and for what purpose.

They sye that time 'eals all things,
They sye you can always forget;
But the smiles an' the tears across the years
They twist my 'eart-strings yet!

You don't have to be a Christian to see the problem in LoJacking every man, woman, and child. I'm Pagan, I have no interest in Christian Eschatology, but the idea of implantable microchips scares the bejezuz out of me. Such technology can be too easily misused by a corrupt or totalitarian government. Already, they have these devices for dogs and cats. Every animal gets one now in most shelters. I've heard that the FDA approved them for use in humans to store medical information. What sounds like a good idea now may have unintended consequences ten, twenty, fifty, or a hundred years from now. This technology, if used today, could give some government in the future too much power. I say we ban it now. And no, I don't believe in the "mark of the Beast," my concerns are much more practical than that. And while we're on the subject, I propose a Constitutional Amendment that would spell out clearly a Right to Privacy.

No. No person in their right mind would want a chip implanted in their body. I've never pierced my ears and to accept a chip into my body would be the worst thing I could imagine. I don't mark my body in anyway. Age is doing enough by itself.

Have a blessed day. And do not accept a mark in your body, forehead or hand.

I see this as nothing more than superstition. You can cover me up with computer chips, and as long as I love and serve the Lord they won't bother me a bit.Instead of worrying about a computer chip we ought to be worried about any sin that we might have in our life. This is a favorite of those who believe in the rapture. They believe that as long as they don't take this mark upon them that they will have another chance just in case they are "left behind".What they fail to realize is if they are rejecting the Lord, they have the mark already and need to repent while there is yet grace for them.

This mark has to do with our relationship with the Lord.We work with our hands. It would be good to ask ourselves are we doing the work that God would have us to do with our hands, or do they do the work of satan and bear the mark of the beast. We think with our heads. As a man thinketh, so is he.Is our minds sealed with the mark of the Holy Ghost, or do we think evil continually and bear the mark 666 on our forehead?

I am not worried about the chip as far as the Mark of the Beast is concerned. I never worry about the ends days, as Christ told us today has worries enough of its own.

However I would never get a chip because I do not like the idea of the government or any one tracking my every move. Heck I do not even have ez pass in my car for that reason

Nope. Not for religious reasons (some have called something like this the "mark of the beast". I don't know about all that, but I am my own individual. I have a name and a personality. I cannot be categorized by where I live, who I vote for, or what I believe. Sure, someone can try, but it won't be ME who shows on such 'lists'. I'd sooner go underground with some other R&S contributors of various belief systems and be myself.

Responses on here are saying credit cards and bar codes were the mark back in the day. That is just stupid. RFID is going into your right hand like the bible says, or for those without hands, the forehead. Credit cards and bar codes don't go into your flesh.

So the answer is no way would I accept it. Not now, not ever.

I'm an atheist, but I still would balk at anything being implanted in me/ marked on my person for any reason. It has nothing to do with boogymen, everything to do with the fact that no government entity has a right to decide what happens to my body.

Is that not goning to be the million dollar question? Pre~trib rapture theorists might want to reproof Mark 13, last trump is echoed in the Word of Truth! Where is that armour of God?

No way, not in a million years would I do something like that. The government already knows to much stuff about me, and if that starts happening then I know I have missed the 2nd coming of Christ and I might start to wonder.
