yes apparently his friend told him i had a boyfriend when i first met him but it was a misunderstanding i didnt and so my boyfriend must of said that was ok as he wasnt attracted to me which was perfect for sex with no strings i can tell this as from that day his friend was always saying the strangest thing to me how hw wants "an ugly girl with a boyfriend"

Well! I don't know. It depends a bit on what YOUR original intentions were. If you only wanted to use him for sex, then there should be no complaints. If you still only want to use him for sex then you might want to have a serious talk about the different levels of commitment in the relationship.
If you entered the relationship knowing he only wanted no-strings attached but wanting more, then you were knowingly going in to a situation with these different levels of commitment. You should be happy he wants more now.

This tells that the guy has changed alot since first meeting you, and is an OK guy.
Maybe you should give him some time and explain things for himself before you do anything.

Sounds like alot of movies where the guy/girl starts out dating for the wrong reasons, then falls in love, then other person finds out and dumps them, then all realize they are in love. Maybe like (I think) Jerry McGuire (Tom Cruise) ..."You had me at hello"

be happy that somebody loves you no matter how it started. no matter what the intentions originally, he grew to love you and care about you, so the original reasons don't matter anymore. And how do you know those were the original reasons? did he tell you or one of his friends?
