When i sign in and he happens to be online..he will never reply to anything i say.!
i keep texting him & he never replies..
he told my bestfriend that he likes me and that he doesnt reply me cause he's either never near the computer or he's outta credit so he cant reply my texts...
What should i do??

He's just not that into you.
No interaction =EQUALS= no interest
If he REALLY wanted to, he could sign up and SMS you from a website or something ... he'd find a way.
If he was interested and just SO INCAPABLE of reaching out to you, SERIOUSLY rethink your interest in this guy!

Thats just in excuse if a guy does not reply at all means he is avoiding you and does no feel the same way you do. Remember there is a lot of guys who can be really JERKS

Talk to him in person.
Whenever i'm near this girl i like i get nervous and look everywhere, avoiding eye contact with her. I had the guts to go up to her and talk about racquetball... It toook a very long time.

stop texting him, he probably tells your friend that because he doesn't have the balls to tell you to stop texting him. Move on and text someone else.
