they used to have them in the NAVY also but they are getting rid of them cuz of rapes and sexual harassment's and stuff like that.

Yes but normaly not coed rooms.
I was at training once in an old building and there were times that the latrean was female and other times for male. Better not have to go when it's not your turn!

Co-ed as in male and and female in the same room, no. But in the same barracks building, yes.

Yes. Because the Army still uses so many WWII barracks buildings, with only one latrine per floor, the troops have to use the same shower and toilet facilities.

in the army yes but I would say there slowly doing away with that for reasons like rape and thinkgs along those lines.
