Forget about the first guy. He and your so-called friend deserve each other.
Let the new guy know that you like him.
Nothing beats a failure but a try.
Put your cards out on the table.
You just might get lucky!

Forget the other guy...and the so-called 'friend.'
I'm glad you're focused on this new one. Just talk to him if you have the opportunity. If he's interested, he'll let you know in no time. Do NOT act desperate. If he's into you, then let him show it. Guys do not like girls who are easy. Be a challenge for him. You are worth it.
Remember, this time of your life is over sooo quickly. I can hardly remember the names of guys I liked soooo much at the time! I liked a guy in high school, and he didn't like me. Then, in college, he happened to visiting a friend, and we ran into each other. He thought I still wanted him, but I was completely grossed out by him. I was soooo embarrassed because he just wasn't cute to me at all anymore!
You will be suprised in couple of years when you look back at these guys you adore now!

Guys are hard to figure out, just take it easy. Show all the good qualities you have and have a good time playing flirt. If it doesn't work, well some other guy will come along. Enjoy being young and pretty, and the most important, love yourself more than anything. Guys like confident women so show off what you have and have fun with it.
Your friend is not worth the time!
Good luck!!!

i think you should hold off for a few days. Let your friend and yourself to cool down a little. I mean if you adored this guy then you should take some time.. and if you dont want to get hurt again try not to send so many signals. Just ask if he wants to maybe go to a movie or something. Get to know him on an above friend level..

Settle down.
You sound a little too vulnerable, you have been changing crushes like shirts and underwear.
Give yourself sometime until you perform a honest insight and really decide what you want for your life.
Don't be so hush hush baby girl.
Love shows up on it own, and you will know what to do when you find it.

Steer clear. Obviously, the reason he went with your so-called friend is because she gave him something you might not. Somebody like that, along with all the bad things they said, shouldn't be in your group of friends.
