i might somewhat be shocked if the superb court docket would not rule against Arizona. Immigration is precisely a Federal concern no longer the States. How helpful the federal government is on implementing the regulation is as much as them, no longer the States. The Arizona regulation, i've got self belief, is in violation of the 4th modification bearing directly to due technique and double jeopardy. Their regulation would not especially rigidity somebody to flow away the country, yet by distinctive arrests and convictions tries to get them to flow away voluntarily. for many reasons, i've got not got self belief which will artwork.

I don't know. We are dealing, in part, with the Mexican Mafia and they don't respect anything. We are dealing, in part, with the Mexican Government, and they make a lot of money from the Illegal Aliens.
I suspect not. I still feel, and strongly, that we need the U.S. Military on the border for a while. Particularly where the Mexican Mafia operates.
I want to point out that terrorists can bring guns across the border and terrorize the American People. But when you bring dope across the border it does just about the same thing. It is a shame we cannot get that dope up to Mr. Durbin's Congressional District sos he can understand the hate we feel for the circumstance the Democrats have placed us in .

SPRINGFIELD -- Gov. Matt Blunt traveled around the state on Monday to announce four more legislative proposals to fight illegal immigration. He held news conferences in Springfield and Joplin before going to other parts of the state.
The governor's plan would require all public employers to use a legal worker verification system, would impose new monetary sanctions against contractors who hire illegal immigrants, would criminalize the transportation of illegal immigrants, and would ban the creation of sanctuary cities in Missouri.
Blunt has already called for legislation that would prevent illegal immigrants from obtaining driver’s licenses and tough new penalties for anyone who tries to help them get one.
They be getting serious too.

As I've always known, the will of the people will be recognized. We are resented by many but we are the best place to be or no one would be breaking their necks to come here and to be educated here. Even this country's inception was incredible, but the will of the people prevailed, I am one proud American. And yes, I believe other states will follow suit, it's necessary to prevent the destruction of our great nation.

If every state had people like those watching the borders in Arizona we would get a handle on this illegal immigration problem. United we stand... divided we fall... Remember?
