No, a tip is given by an employer or customer for good service, not the same as a gift between people with close, reciprocal relationships.

Only if the TIPPEE is a YUPPIEE. If he is a DOG he is a PUPPIEE. If his is a HAPPIEE TIPPEE, he is a YIPPIEE.

The TIPPER would be a QUITTER if he responded to a TIPPEE in this manner. If he were to respond in an arrogant manner, he would be a Bull@HITTER. If he tries to pull the wool over your eyes, The TIPPER would be a KNITTER. If he had lice in his hair, he would be a NIT PICKER. Hopefully he does not wear ladies pants, or he would be a KNICKER NICKER.
