Are all human beings hypocritical? Even in church? Everyone in church is not necessarily a Christian, so I ask also ... "Even Christian Hypocrites?"

How do you deal with Christians who are hypocrites and use God as a smoke screen to manipulate?

Isn't hypocracy an over rated sin? If you flatter, instead of insulting, is that bit of hypocracy such a big sin???

If a guy hates me so much he want to kill me, but he doesn't, and hypocritically treats me with respect, I am greatful for that hypocritical good behaviour.

Is it just the human condition to want to sin, but be hypocritical knowing "God is watching us from a distance".

I think the excuse for not obeying Hebrews 10: 25 is often "The church is full of hypocrites".

Isn't that the most hypocritical excuse known to man, for not obeying the Word of God?

"Do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together in church, as the manner of some is."
(Heb 10: 25)

The church is NOT full of hypocrites ... there is always room for one more!

I don't think there are as many hypocrites in church as there are judgemental jerks willing to call everyone else a hypocrite.

You bigger fool (more the hypocrite, viper, blind guide... more the CHILD of hell: Mt 23)... who bewitched you (Gal 3)?

Hebrews 10:25 is NOT talking about attending some churchy building full of "know not" children and servants of law endlessly err-ing and ever expecting forgiveness for it: the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man: Gen 6:3. It is talking about "he taketh away the first (law), that my may establish the second (grace)"... the context in Hebrews 10... and the assembling together in grace, not in hyporcisy. You've believed their lies and read it into a Bible verse; But I'm here to tell it is not there. That is not what it says.

You LEAVE churchy principles to go on unto perfection: Hebrews 6:1.

Geeze. Your ignorance is sow MASSIVE, I'm beginning to warm up to the atheists who bait & shame naive ppl like you.

It's preposterous order to teach first and learn after.

My advice to you is leave the church that bewitched you.
The Reason: Galatians 5:4 "Christ is no effect unto you".

Grace --> Mercy ---> Peace with you all. Amen.

I try my best never to be a hypocrite - but depending on the situation it is very difficult. Especially when I went to church - before I realized I am an Atheist.

I think it's too hard to believe in god and "do his will" and not be a hypocrite.

I don't encounter bad Christians in real life, I just find a good few of them here.

I guess some people would find me a hypocrite to be honest. And I find some people to be hypocrites too. Its a very subjective term.

There are many hypocrites in the church . But there are a lot more of them out of church. God knows who is who. And we also can know who is a hypocrite. Jesus said ye shall know them by their fruit. When we see a hypocrite (sinner) posing as a Christian we are to follow the words of Jesus.

Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. Matthew 18:15-17

Hypocrisy is a challenge for every human being. We find it both tolerable and intolerable at times.

It is similar to paranoia, we experience it in varying degrees. We are all paranoid, but some much more so than others.

Call them a hypocrite, if it's that important....and if they want to know what a hypocrite is....there's my chance to get a really dry sense of humor going, in very understandable words!

I don't let the hypocrites determine what I believe. I believe according to Jesus Christ and His Word alone.

Let's face it, hypocrisy is a sin everyone, regardless of their religious affiliations atheism included, is going to commit from time to time. Mostly done sub-consciously I want to believe.
It can't be helped; however...that doesn't mean we should just live that way.
