put more milk solids in. Use a funnel to put 1 cup of non fat dry milk in the carton. Shake and drink. Not so bad.

When we first switched I did a gradual change over to 2%, then bought 1/2 g 2% and 1/2 g 1% and mixed them. Did that for a while and then bought only 1%. Did that for a while with added dry milk, then made the switch over to skim with the dry added. The eye appeal is much better...looks less like water and when served to drink or in cereal ice cold is almost undectable. But you must make a gradual change. Good luck!

I was raised in the country, with milk fresh from the cow. I started using skimmed as a health issue about 25 years ago, and didn't like it at first. Now I won't use anything else. Full cream milk is so sickly.

You follow the same method for drinking skim milk as you would any other drink. It involves putting the liquid into your mouth and swallowing.

Poured in a tumbler glass; out of a mug; straight from the carton... I'm sure there are lots of ways to drink it if you like it - personally I don't care for any kind of milk, but that's just me. I don't stop anyone else from liking it as taste is something that isn't to be judged - it's personal.

Apprently you have to be raised on the stuff. I was and I can't drink anything but Skim. Everyone I know who doesn't like Skim wasn't raised on it.

I can't stand skimmed milk either, it has to be full fat for me.

in a glass?
or as I'm a bachelor who lives alone-from the carton!
It's not nearly as tasty as whole milk or (if you can get it) non-homogenised milk, but it's still a good after work-out drink.

You're just used to that scummy, thick, heavy taste of whole milk. Actually non-fat milk is much more enjoyable than whole once you get used to it, and SO much healthier.
