Treating other people as you want to be treated.....

Of the three what is in your heart is MOST important.
If your heart is true then you will be able to express your love. But you have to train your body to express your heart. By saying and doing things your heart feels.

The best way to express your love for people is to awaken them to their real self interest. To understand what is our best self interest we have to understand what is our 'self'.First of alll we are wrongly identifying ourselves as our bodies. We say that we are black/white, chinese,english, man/woman etc. we are applying so many false designations to our self. Actually we are none of these things, we are spiritual beings incarcerated in these material bodies and consequently we are forced to suffer birth, death, old age, disease through the agency of the body. Our real identity is spiritual and our objective is to get out of the prison of material life, birth & death. With a little reflection we can understand our constitutional position as eternal spirit souls, the body is temporary and we are eternal. The body is simply a vehicle that allows us to participate in material existence and the mind is like an interface between the soul(the 'I') and the body(the false identity). When we understand what we are we can understand what we should be doing. As spirit souls we have an eternal relationship with God in the spiritual realm. Here we are like fish out of water, if the fish is taken out of it's natural environment(water) it can never be happy, we can arrange a nice residence, T.V.,money,car etc. still the fish will not be happy. So our position is like that, we can never be happy in this world, we need to return to our constitutional position as spirit souls in eternal relationship with the Lord, then we are in the right environment. So we have to wake others up to their reality and not stand by while they are suffering in this world. If we really love someone, this is the highest benediction to give to anyone..........wake up, you are dreaming, we don't belong here, let's go home.........then we can be happy.
