Should I expect this to continue? Am I a high risk for cancer?

I am not fair skinned and I have avoided tanning for the past seven years. I always wear sunscreen.

if you are fair skinned and have a lot of moles, yes. Avoid tanning booths like the plague and protect your skin in the sun, minimize exposure as much as you can, always wear a sun screen.
