Well, please don't think I am a atheist because I believe in god, just differently. There are a lot of missing links in everything whether it be in the bible or in science, there is stuff missing. Fossils suggest that we evolved from them and our DNA are a 97% match or something like that. With monkey and ape manurisms you can see the similarities. But I do believe in god, if I didn't I couldn't go on. I just believe he did something else, like he put particles and cells and energy together and is watching what forms from that. Kind of like a chia pet, add the seeds, then the water and some light and watch it grow and develop. Whatever we believe we can't judge other peoples beliefs, that I do know our God doesn't want, as he doesn't judge. I found your question very interesting, and I answered this question with the upmost respect.

I am a Christian and I believe in evolution of species.
However, I do not believe that humans evolved from primates even considering the similarities that I find when studying the anatomy and behavior traits that many scientists do. I also believe in the Creation of Earth by a Supreme Being and I also believe in Intelligent Design.
Therefore, I believe that evolution exists, as science tells us from carbon dating, fossils, and looking at species now. Also, evolution exists in trees and other plants, so why not animals?
I do share your annoyance when people believe that humans evolved from pirmate species because, despite our similarities, the matter comes down to faith. If a person does not have a faith that encourages Intelligent Design (not just Christianity) then they are very likely to believe the evolution of humans comes from primates.
Think to yourself. Do you believe that humans always looked like they do currently in the world? Do you believe in the historical Neanderthals and Cavemen? I do. Those species show evolution into the Homo sapien sapien species. I have proven evolution to you if you believe in these historical species, but I have neither encouraged the evolution of humans from primates, nor have I denied Creation by a Supreme Being, in our case, God.
Also, I do not think you can use a Bible as a source because Atheists and Liberals may be skeptical about how truthful it is. They see the Bible as an object of faith, which it is, to Christianity. So to get across a point to them, you must use other documents and evidence.
I hope this information helped you. If it still bothers you, I suggest you pray for some reassurance. I also applaud your bravery, as I can already tell you will not be so popular for asking questions like this.
God Bless

Who's to say that "being created" and "evolving" aren't the same thing? The Bible makes it seem as though all of a sudden, man simply appeared. It also says that a day for God is like a thousand years for us. So, in the "day" that man was "created", he may have been evolving over thousands of years, actually.
The earth and its inhabitants didn't just appear overnight. It was a long process.

Darwin never said human beings evolved from monkeys. Whoever told you that was either himself deluded, or he was deliberately misleading you.
Read a basic text on the theory of evolution.
And, by the way, the bible proves absolutely nothing. As a work of supposed nonfiction, it is riddled with inconsistencies (two accounts of the creation myth; four inconsistent accounts of Jesus' life) and flat-out wrong statements (conies are not a cud-chewing animal; it is not possible to make goats give birth to spotted offspring by making them look at spotted objects).

Because your dumb!
I'm 13 and I've known for a very long time that science can just about prove anything and if they haven't done it yet they will!. Because evolution makes a lot more sense then some silly book they all different people have tried to write and none have any idea!! ha ha. anyway it isn't even possible because i believe he says that humans were the first thing her crated or some s**t when there were thing before dinosaurs he hasn't mentioned or tried to take credit for!
Seriously some people have things brain washed into their mind i hope one day they see truths!

Why do some people think Trolls will evolve into a higher life form when the evidence of questions shows they will not and if anything they will devolve into even more silly things?

It's not a 'modern' thought it started back in the 20s with Darwin's "Theory" of Evolution and the Scopes Monkey Trials... look them up on wikipedia.

Here is a link for all you Bible literalist nutters...i.e the witnesses and such like.
http://www.infidels.org/library/modern/donald_morgan/inconsistencies.html
I mean thake this passage
GE 19:30-38 While he is drunk, Lot's two daughters "lie with him," become pregnant, and give birth to his offspring.
2PE 2:7 Lot was "just" and "righteous."
So the bible allows incest, sick, very sick.
