No one has seen God. We can see the Father only through Jesus. John 14:8-11

Not Moses. God hid him in a cleft & kept His hand on him until He passed by. No one can see the face of God and live!
Until Jesus came to the earth as a man. His disciples, however, couldn't recognise that they were actually looking at God....they were ,well, kind of 'blur,' you see....
"Jesus saith unto him, have I been so long with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?" ( John 14:9 KJV)

In the Old Testament,I think Moses did that is why His face was different we came back with the 10 commandments. Then Mary and Joseph in His humanity as Jesus Christ and so did the Apostles and disciples. Peter, James and John during the Transfiguration. In recent time Sister Faustina who had the picture painted of the Divine Mercy.

Everyone who saw Jesus Christ in the flesh. Mary and Joseph would be the first to see God in the face - i.e. on the night Jesus was born.

(John 1:18) . . .No man has seen God at any time. . .
Hmmm bigger question, so who saw Jesus? Jesus is God isn't he?
Not Moses since an angel shielded him from looking directly at God.
(Exodus 33:19-20) . . .But he said: “I myself shall cause all my goodness to pass before your face, and I will declare the name of Jehovah before you; and I will favor the one whom I may favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I may show mercy.” 20 And he added: “You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live.”
