Yesterday I woke up and had 2 blister like spots one on my middle finger, and one on my thumb, I thought I may have did it cooking the night before. I now have about 8 on the hand it started on and 2 on my other hand. They look like small blisters and they burn and they itch like mad. I am very anal about washing my hands, and I haven't switched soaps. I can't think of anything thats changed

Hand and Foot disease. Seriously, go to the doctor. Also poison Ivy presents like that as well, do NOT pop the bllisters!

You don't get meds for viruses they run their course on their own. Your body is building up an immune system. My nephew had hand in foot in mouth virus and they never got blisters on their hands or feet or have I known it to cause that. They call it these because of how germy your hands and feet are---meaning your kids been putting their feet and/or hands in their mouth so I have always been told. Its also very contagious very very. Just keep an eye it maybe shes been sucking some sort of snack or candy that has caused this. My husband eats Jolly Ranchers and 2 hr later his roof of his mouth hurts and he can barely eat at thing for a few days. same goes for sour patch kids and those types.

Might be eczema which means you are allergic to something.
Have you been in contact with anything new lately? It could have been some food that you were preparing last night. (I get this from peeling oranges yet I can eat them.)
Have you been wearing rubber gloves? Could be a latex allergy.
In any case, you should see your doctor for a diagnosis and some ointment. Severe eczema can be very painful.
Good luck.
