Check the withholding you filed with each job, if they are the same one of them is making a mistake. Contact the IRS office and ask them for the correct withholding for each company.

Another thought is that if you make more at one job than another, the amount taken out can be larger percentage wise as the taxes are figured by a chart and not by math.

check you w-4 withholding exemptions at both jobs - you may NEED to get more withheld from both jobs, because the combined income may push you into a higher tax bracket and you may wind up owing taxes if you don't get the proper amt taken out now

Chances are you now earn more than your last job and have changed tax brackets. If not then best query the tax office they may owe you money
