When He said: "If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better that you enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell." (Matthew 18-8:9)
A person is born with physical impairment, blind or deaf, because those parts of the body made him/her commit a sin and he/she accepted to be born again without them so that they can redeem their sins. Considering Reincarnation Laws, that say we receive in this life according to what we did in the past life (if I made someone suffer in the past, I will go through the same suffering in this life), that makes a lot of sense.
Therefore, when Jesus says: "it is better to enter life...", He is talking about worldly life and not necessarily heavenly life.
Your thoughts?

That's an interesting take. It could be applied that way.
Although this is more so pointing towards reincarnation.
"Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny." (Matt 5:25-26 NIV)
For all those who don't know prison in the ancient world was perceived as the body or that the body which not separated from the conditions of one life. Hence it was the prison of the body. Yeshua/Jesus was from the Essene community (proven by the Dead Sea Scrolls) they held on the soul seed by Jewish historian Josephus: “For their doctrine is this, that bodies are corruptible, and that the matter they are made of is not permanent; but that the souls are immortal, and continue for ever: and that they come out of the most subtile air, and are united to their bodies as to prisons, into which they are drawn by a certain natural enticement; but when they are set free from the bonds of flesh, they then, as released from a long bondage, rejoice and mount upward…” Hence the body is seen as the prison, what he is making reference to is that one will sow what they reap (God's laws make vessels of dishonor and honor, vessels of wrath) and will be prisoned into chains of karma until they pay the debt of their actions, until they rectify their defect.

Most people have had had some kind of 'falshback' to a previous life or existence, I know I have. Even if some can't understand it, whether we like it or not, we have most certainly been around before, because if you are at a stage of spritual awareness, the this knowledge has travelled and developed throught your spirits journey thus far.
'I am going ahead to prepare a place for you in The Fathers House.' The Lord said. It's up to us if we make it to The Father or not, depending on how we travel through this life, depending on what we do with the choices we make and how we continue or not continue our development.
As far as knowing all that happens or will happen or did happen is not for us to say OR know. We must simply keep journeying forward and try to get back on the right 'bus', when we fall off it.
We go back to where we came from, to different 'levels' depending on our actions, and we will judge ourselves for our actions before The Lord, as will everyone , whether they like it or not because from the choices made in this life, there are things that we cannot choose when we go on to the next.
Remember, the choice is yours... Do all the good you can, be positive and good from your heart, then your spirit will be strengthend by The Lord and you negative will be evaporate.
Love is the only way to progress and learn, for, with life, they are the greatest gifts we have.
Share them and you will be shared with, care and you will be cared for , help and you will be helped, give to give, not for any other other resaon
Peace

Afterlife can be reincarnation. Lots of people will say that eternal life cannot be reincarnation. They believe that reincarnation is false, that it threatens the belief in Heaven.
I know otherwise. When it comes to afterlife, the truth affects every belief.
Edit
Capnarlo,
That blasphemy your spewing makes YOU the antichrist. You are the deceiver of truth. You will be forced to experience that hellfire you breath, that be assured.
Reincarnation is not a lie, there is no life at all without afterlife.

Of course not Janet. Jesus was teaching against sin here. Reincarnation is a lie Janet. There will be resurrection not reincarnation. There are 2 resurrections You want to be part of the first one. Come to Christ Janet , Merry Christmas
The 1st resurrection happens at Jesus' 2nd coming. This is judgement day for the Saints. The 2nd happens after the 1000 year reign of Christ. This is judgement day for sinners , or the second death.....
Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.. Revelation 20:11-15
The lake of fire Janet, there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Come to Christ Janet , he is waiting for you in love with arms wide open.

That's nonsense.
It comes from the outdated idea that "sin" is some kind of substance or characteristic of something. Good and bad are judgements. It would be, in reality, stupid to get rid of something you thought did something bad. Do you throw a hammer away because it accidently hit your thumb? Well, this makes just as much sense.
On a secondary note, we don't have anything that Jesus said. All of that stuff was written by later writers decades after his death, if he existed at all.

Interesting theory! But I am quite sure that Jesus was not talking about reincarnation.
The idea of reincarnation is simply not consistent with many many other scriptures.....
