That's why he made my eyesight get worse over time.

No. Don't use glasses. Stop reading. A lot of people's eyesight gets worse over time, sometimes it's just part of the aging process. God doesn't want you to read, or drive, or otherwise see the world.

By your logic, my mother should not have her cataracts removed, because it was god's plan for her not to see clearly when she hit 70. duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

By all means use glasses to read. Because sin entered the world through Adam and Eve, we all now suffer many aliments, eyesight included. Paul suffered an affliction of some type but he didn't curse God or ask why he was suffering the affliction, instead he considered it a blessing.

God does not micromanage your life or the world in that way. We all have free will. As Newton said, the Universe is like a watch and God is the watchmaker. After making it, he steps back and lets it run.

Put another way, if you believe God intervenes in life like that they why not believe He sent you the eyeglasses to improve the vision that He apparently worsened? See, when you start thinking like that you end up in a loop.

Check out any book on apologetics and you'll find that all these questions have been answered by philosophers and theologians long ago.

God didn't do anything; How can you blame God for your problems? Maybe you are the cause of your own problems from God. For every bad cause there is a good cause in the end. You need to grow up and get off this BS and stop blaming God; start thanking him for the good things that he has done and maybe what you want will pass from him; stop complaining and start acknowledging God.

It seems that God has a plan with your worsening eysight :)

Look on the bright side, God will never harm you.

Maybe God is trying to work through your worsening eyesight and bless you or someone else:)

I hope you don't feel that way about everything that goes wrong with you. Do you take medicine for a headache or other ailments? I'm sure you do. God gives us the wisdom to take care of ourselves. I'm sure He still wants you to see life at it's fullest.

Of course you should use glasses. God would not be offended by anyone who wants to enhance their ability to do anything (other than selfish things like steroids in sports and that kind of thing). If you broke a leg, God would have no problem with you using crutches.

You're absolutely right! Medical intervention is the tool of the devil. So is dental work and shoe lifts. God help our souls!!!!

Ps. That thing that makes you go blind......that's also the devils work.
