Alright, My moms is dating this black douche (nothing wrong with black people but hes a douche) and last night they were driving home and that douche had opened beer in the car. They got pulled over and long story short car got impounded.
I had to take a Taxi to work and spend $40 just to get there so today I made jack ****..what should I tell this douche? I'm definetly asking for my money :-D

Just say douche. It's irrelevant to his doucheness that he's black.

douche is your mum's choice. if the car is his he can be an idiot in it. if the car is your mum's she can choose to lend it. you need your own transport for your responsibilities.
if you have good reasons to dislike the guy discuss your reasons with your mum.

Tell him to get your car immediately or you'll take him to small claims court, there's no use making a bigger deal about this than you have to. It's quite simply the consequence of his actions.
