What day were humans born, to be precise. Meaning, on what day, what time, what year BC was Adam born? What about Eve? Cain? Abel?

The story of Adam and Eve is just a myth. It didn't really happen.
Humans came about gradually through a process call biological evolution. It was so gradual that you couldn't pick out one animal and call it non-human then an offspring and call it human. There were various characteristics that we know as human characteristics that came about independently and gradually.
For example, the eye started out as just light sensitive cells way far back in our ancestry, way before mammals existed. You couldn't look at that and call it an eye, like we know it today. There are examples of primitive eyes in the fossil record that also aren't quite like eyes that we know. But there is a progression that eventually came to what we have today. If you try to put a date to it, you can't. Even if the fossil record was absolutely complete, would you say the eye started with the cell that was light sensitive or one of the many stages along the way? The choice would be arbitrary.

Not sure really about Adam that is, about 6000 years ago. That is one of the questions I will ask him in heaven. I was born the day after Christmas. So Christmas morning I would wake up and my folks would present me a gift. One year it was a new sweater.Then when I went to sleep Christmas night they wrapped it back up and gave it to me the next morning and said Happy Birthday. When I opened it up and saw the sweater they said " Oh we got you two of the same thing " So they took it back to the store for a refund and I ended up with nothing! Ha ha . Not really my folks were always very generous. Merry Chrsitmas

God make Adam in the first day of the human creation first hour first mint . about 6 to 7.5 thousand years ago .
but not in the first day of the all thing he create.

Eve was made from Adam's rib, she was not born.
Using today's calendar, Cain and Able were born about 4,000 years before Jesus was born.
