Can having inoculations negatively affect the body if someone regularly smokes cannabis?

Ha! It's more likely the negative effects are coming from the cannabis.

That reminds me of a friend of mine who was drinking a lot and threw up, he said "I should have known better than to eat any food."

However, I think vaccines are a little risky and I'd rather avoid them unless it's absolutely necessary by law or something. I wouldn't take a flu shot, for example; I usually don't catch those things anyway. That's really my personal opinion, though. Some people benefit greatly from vaccines.
