and you choose to read my question and then some of you choose to answer it. We choose to react this way or the other when facing situations in life. We choose to have good thoughts, we choose to do good deeds or not.

Based on this afirmation, I suggest we all choose to spread the Peace!!

Some of you will say "nonsense, I can't make peace alone. If nobody is doing it, I will not do it, besides what will my friends think about me?", because we worry about what they think about us. However, I say that if you serve as an example to a single person in your life, you achieved your purpose, and I garantee you many will follow you.

Make peace!! Spread it, talk about it, breathe it, eat it and you will see the result. A better world around you.

Would you follow me?

Auntb93, I agree with you. Peace is not submission. We have a song in Brazil that says "Peace without your voice, is not peace, instead it is fear". I am not asking you guys to be submissive, passive or fearful, but to respond each situation in life in a peaceful manner, with the right atitude, bringing a positive thought into your everyday challenges and showing those around you that you are not willing to fight them, instead you want to love them.

If everyone does some of it, we all would make a better world for ourselves.

I endorse ur thoughts and actions for peace. Boond boond se sagar banta hai( an ocean is sum of drops only). I am already on the way thru Reiki healing for all types of problems in my family and friends. They do look upto me for solution and I always tell them to change their thought and adopt positive thinking and positive attitude in life for peace, love and prosperity in their life. I am glad to read ur question and appreciate ur mission.

I really appreciate your feelings towards the fallen situation where day by day people are being devoid of the precious human life and the responsibilities behind it.

You have taken a very bold step and don't be moved by others. In order to bring peace among others it is very important that we agree on some common facts that irrespective of our differences we share commonly.

People are gone into such a state of mind that they don't bother about any philosophy and everyone has their self made idea of life and there is no common ground.

People are so foolish that they think whatever nonsense idea come in their tiny limited brain has empowered them to live life on their own !

What is the outcome? More than 50% marriages are end up in divorce within few years of marriage. Kids from divorce parents suffer mental problems and lead a very unstable future life, depression among people has gone up to the highest rate in today’s world.

We are heading for worse situation where family value will be completely gone. Relationship has taken a new meaning.

All these are happening because we forgot the real meaning of our life. Life is not living whimsically but within a well defined boundary and follow a healthy and authentic philosophy that can save the nations and our coming generations, otherwise more darkness in on the way and our kids and their kids will suffer from our mistakes.

I am with you and believe me there are millions behind us.

Well, what you actually did was write an essay and put the question way down at the end of the details. You can be reported for that. Put the question at the top, and the details in "details." That's the way it is designed.

Now, about peace. I approve of it, but I am cautious about it. Remember the term Pax Romana? If peace means submission, especially to an authority for which I have no respect, then I don't want it. I will fight for my freedom.

I agree that we need to spread peace in the world.

We also that we need to encourage people to love. If they can understand how to love each other and be spiritual rather then just what religion they have been taught, this world be a better place for all to live.

Arguing and having wars over religion and who is going to heaven or be blessed is not at all what God had in mind.

Yes . Your God is my God. Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Elohim, Vishnu, Rama, etc.) One God with Many Unlimited, Transcendental Names. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) "As long as there is animal slaughter, there will be war and famine." The karma for all that killing of innocent animals has to go somewhere. So Kindly join me in helping end war and starvation by not supporting animal slaughter by eating meat. Be vegetarian. World Peace.

If I had chosen to get up and fix my coffee instead of answering this question, you would never have known that I have a scar right middle finger from when a chicken bit me.

you're talking of peer pressure being a hindrance. Adults don't have that problem when they mature. Most adults do make peace.

the person in the car ahead of me today at Wendy's bought my lunch. The guy at the window told me that she wanted them to tell me to "pass it on".
I did it immediately by buying the lunch of the person behind me.
It was great.
