I'm just afriad that he will not be able to get any loans... Will everything have to be in just his name? and will my credit be reflected at all in his?

Tigh is right, credit stays separate. If you have some financial obligation that you are both responsible for (joint credit card account, etc.) and you continue your irresponsible behavior by not paying or paying late, then it will affect your husband's credit.

It may be more difficult to get credit where both of your income is needed (a mortgage for a house, for example).

Clean up your act. Make all your payments on time every time. In a while your credit will improve.

good luck!

Your credit will not merge if that's what your asking. In some cases if your income is needed for loan approval than it could effect your interest rate.

But you should be okay if you have any questions let me know.

in case you intend a joint purchase, consisting of a house that is going to result you by fact the two one in each and every of of your credit rankings would be used (a minimum of that has been my adventure). Your destiny greater perfect a million/2's view of handling responsibilities ought to probable be much greater perfect best, so i could be worried approximately why the destiny spouses credit is consisting of it quite is. it quite is one factor to have it by fact a company failed or a divorce or something yet particularly yet yet another to have it by fact they do no longer savour paying costs as plenty as something persons do.
