lets say a 50 year old guy going out with a 20 year old girl, many people say that age doesnt matter as long as they love each other

and im not 50 years old, its just a question about love and age diference, the second part of the question is pending, and its whats important

i don't see the problem with an older man dating a younger woman, as long as the age difference isn't TOO great so as to prevent them from having things in common. as you grow older your interests change, so say an 85 yr old man marries a 40 year old woman...eventually they will most likely get a divorce because they have nothing in common anymore. but on the other hand, i know of many 20-somethings who date older men (30's and 40's) because older men have a higher maturity level than someone their own age(because women mature faster intellectually than men).so, i guess there's really no wrong or right answer to this question.....it just depends on the person.

i don't see the problem with it as long as the person is of age. I just think that is kind of weird but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

When I see an older man with a young woman, my first thought is always "I hope they're very happy ... whatever the deal is."
