It is the sticky rice they use to make it with. It is a heavier rice and therefore makes you feel so full after a small amount.

Sushi is surprisingly filling.
I bet this is because the rice is very compact - as you chew that small block I bet its like a heaped teaspoon of uncompacted cooked short grain rice.
If you see chef's making sushi they compress the rice into the small wooden block (cant remember the name) before adding the natto (topping).
Thats what I would reason for it to be filling. Enjoy your sushi - dont forget the wasabi!

It's best to pay off the card in full, if possible, to save interest charges. But if you can't, pay off the cards, use one of the following methods. In each method, you pay the minimum on the other cards while you work to pay off the primary card in the plan. Each plan has its own pluses and minuses. 1. Pay off the highest interest cards first - saves interest costs. 2. Pay off the lowest balance first, then apply those payments to the next lowest balance - you see results faster 3. Pay off the highest monthly payment card first - frees up more money to apply to the next highest payment card. 4. Pay off the highest balance first. Least advantageous unless it is the card with the highest interest and/or highest monthly payment.

rice is a filler. Chunks of fish take a while to digest, so they fill you up too.
