kimson,
Thank you for choosing iKobo! Our records show that Fedex package 923731541887 was delivered to the address you specified on November 7, 2007. Our records also show that money was withdrawn from your recipients card on 4 different occasions at the bank Volksbank Pforzheim eG which is close to the address you specified for your recipient. Additionally, the iKobo card is protected by a PIN code known only to your recipient.

As the money was delivered to your recipient's address and the money withdrawn close to the address, we conclude that your transaction did occur as promised.

Your security is our top concern. If you have further evidence that the transaction did not occur, please let us know.

Sincerely,
The iKobo Team

If you feel you have been the victim of a fraud, and you have some documents to prove it, contact the State of Atlanta Department of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection (get their address from the Internet), and file a formal complaint. Also file a report with www.ripoffreport.com, but do a search first on that website to see if anyone else feels the same way you do. To file such a report, you will need their physical address which is:

iKobo, Inc.
2030 Powers Ferry Road
Building 200, Suite 222
Atlanta, GA 30339
USA

I had a similar problem with Pacific WebWorks in Utah, and it was the State DOC that investigated and enabled me to get a complete refund. Good luck.

Reread the credit account agreement that you signed. Many creditors include as part of the contract, a clause where you agree that all accounts with the bank serve as security for all other accounts. If Halifax did, then it's legal.
