There are a variety of ways to get help - what works best depends on your situation. Some people start out with a school nurse or counselor. Other people talk to their parents, some talk to friends. You could even make up an excuse to get your parents to take you to you regular doctor if that's what it takes.

Once you get over the initial step, counseling is usually the next step. This may be done one-on-one with a counselor or in a group setting.

You should see a psychiatrist. Cutting is a serious problem and can become dangerous. Please get some help. You can ask if there are any support groups but one on one therapy is probably better at this point. Good luck!
