i just made a batch of chili using kidney beans white beans and black beans, wonderful, great with cornbread, made too much! froze the rest for a later date.
have fun with it!
you could top chili with sour cream Cheddar cheese and green onions, or even through in a dark beer for extra flavor while your cooking!

Try using kidney beans and navy beans. Make a White chili using cilantro and vegetable stock. You can slightly thicken this with a llittle corn starch. Also try a little taco seasoning to give it a southwesten flair. This is delicious...
If you are not vegetarian, try using diced chicken and chicken stock in this recipe

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.
