not that my brother used his comp downstairs for downloading and surfing and wnhenh i use my ps3 for it i kick him off what should i do

No It Doesnt Work...my brother still get kicked off even i tried those two ones and i even disabled my media server

Try to reset your router and reconnect everything back. There is a reset button or pinch-hole on router for that.

i have had the same problem. when i boot the ps3 up it will boot whoever is connected to the net on the computer, and vice versa. if someone tries to load warcraft while i am online with the ps3 it will boot me, but as long as they are just surfing the web, with me being logged on with the ps3 first, we have no problems. hope this helps out some, and that it works the same for you.
