This is no place to ask a serious question like that !!
High blood pressure should be checked out by your GP !!!

GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR !!! Do not leave this uninvestigated.

This is for sure high blood pressure ,now the upper limit of normal BP as defined by WHO is 120-130/ 80 mm or < 90mm so it is definately high. The ankle swelling is suggesting retention of water so u definately need to go to doctor ,get all related investigations & start medication.
Before that u can cut down on salt intake ,Take low fat high fibre diet & do brisk walking exercises for 30 -45 mts five days a week along with meditation & cut down the stress level that helps in controling BP. If u r a smoker stop smoking.

Please discuss with your doctor. You may need to alter your diet and you may also need medication. If your blood pressure has shot up probably something has changed in your lifestyle. If you are already on medication or have changed your medication edemia in your ankles could be a side affect. I know this because it happened to me a few years ago while I was taking prescription Viox. First I checked the internet for more information and stopped taking the medication immediately & phoned my doctor. Received a different prescription. Viox was taken off the market about 3 months later. The edemia still comes & goes but that is likely because I eat too much salt which is not good for my heart either. I try to watch it as I do not like the salt substitutes. Even the foods I really like are very high in sodium; celery, chicken, chicken soup.

Your body changes and so does it's response to your medications. Hopefully, this is an isolated blood pressure reading. You need to sit quietly for 10 minutes, not talk and then take your blood pressure. If it is still this high, then you need to be calling your doctor and he may authorize an additional dose of your blood pressure medication and schedule a check-up. Ankle swelling is often a sign of a weakened heart that cannot pump as effectively as it once could. Diuretics (water pills) are often added to the blood pressure medications or increased during periods of ankle swelling. Your doctor may also have you take an extra water pill today if you are on one. Retake you blood pressure, if it is still this high, call whoever is taking call for your doctor and get some advice. If it is lower, see your doctor tomorrow.

See your doctor! Nobody needs to rely on web answers. There are many different reasons for high blood pressure, and also there are a lot of things to take into consideration for a proper diagnosis such as your age, weight, other medical problems, medications you are taking, etc. Not even the best physician can diagnose a problem without other answers.

You say you are on two "blood pressure tablets" .. what are these please? Is one a beta blocker? ending in "...lol"? - If so it is almost 100% certain that it is the cause.
If it is, then GRADUALLY cease taking it. DON'T just suddenly stop, -or you'll get a "bounce" effect. Simply wean yourself off them by cutting down the dosage and/or increasing the intervals between the taking of them.
