Green mucus = infection.
See your doctor as soon as you can.

Typically a pure green muci that isn't frothy or blood tinged means you have a mild to moderate immune response to some sort of bacteria. The muci that is green is the bi-product of certain cells that basically fight and kill bacteria infection. Thus relax, drink some hot tea, or even better drink some warm 1% milk and honey, it will coat your throat and as well as the muci and allow your traci to rest.

could be a sinus infection or maybe pneumonia. If the fever persists I would say go to the doctor. Drink lots of water and take tylenol for the fever, and guiafenisen (robitussin) to thin out the phlegm.

It's definitely bronchitis, and it can turn into pneumonia if you don't go to a doctor and get put on antibiotics. You don't cough up mucus from the common cold. You also need to try to get as much bed rest as possible. (Lay in bed and watch TV while that stuff clears out of your body/chest. Take care of yourself so you can get better, and drink lots of hot tea and hot soup.

It's that time of year, I have the same stuff. Drink some OJ everyday, take some sinus meds ( zycam works great and will help your headache by relieving the sinus pressure). If you're not running a fever, you don't to see the doctor just yet, but I wouldn't let it go on more then a week without getting it checked out. Like I said, the weather change will wreak havoc on your sinuses, but as long as everything is still green and not dark yellow or brown you don't need to spend the extra money by seeing the doc.
