my doubt is that ,if our skin became burned with a piece of plastic(if polythine bag )which is made out of medical wastes such as syrinches, blood bags etc by recycling these. My doubt is that if the viruses or other germs can survive after the process of recycling ,from the things that we recycled to the recycled plastic?

Your question is not very clear. But assuming you are asking why we can not recycle medical waste plastic because it would be safe after recycling. You do not want to take a chance. There are too many possibilities for contact with all the bad bugs to risk recycling. You also have the risk of making new strains of bugs by mixing them all together. I would not want my milk to come from a plastic bottle that previously was used in a blood container for an AID's patient
