4 year old grandson has red spot on chest?

My grandson has been complaining of a sore throat and is losing his voice. He has been running a low temp for the last couple of days. When he woke up yesterday he had developed a red dot on his chest. Is anyone familiar with this?

Hard to diagnose without pictures. It might be an allergic reaction to something.

If that red dot has a ring around it, that is a symptom of Lyme Disease, and he needs to see a doctor.
